Wills & Estates

A will is a legal document that sets out what you would like to happen to your assets when you die. Despite its importance, the preparation and planning of one’s will is a task often neglected. The experienced team at iLegal Services are committed to securing the best outcome for our clients by ensuring that your estate is maximised and distributed in accordance with your wishes.

Meet with our principal solicitor who will take your instructions. In this meeting you will discuss your assets, who you wish to appoint as your executor/s, how you wish to divide your assets and who you wish to be the guardian of any minor children. By law, we will ask you to bring your passport and driver’s licence.

The legal experts at iLegal Services will prepare your will in accordance with your wishes. We can also prepare your Enduring Power of Attorney and Advanced Health Directive for an additional cost.

Sign your will in the presence of our principal solicitor and a witness. At iLegal Services, we offer complimentary storage of your original will in our fireproof safe. Upon request, we will also provide you with a certified copy of your will.
