Kym Wolpert is a Senior Paralegal at iLegal Services.

Kym joined the iLegal Services team in 2021 with 10 years of experience working in the finance and lending industry. Prior to that, Kym had worked in office management and administration for over 30 years. Kym grew up in Gladstone and spent 13 years living in Sydney’s Northern Beaches before relocating to Queensland in 2016. Kym is the very proud Mum of her two children who she loves and adores.

In her role managing property purchases, Kym drafts and reviews contracts, ensures that all their conditions are met and manages the direction of funds at settlement. Kym is very passionate about the work she does and prides herself on the relationship she builds with each client and business partner. Kym has extensive knowledge in the field property law and always strives to achieve the best outcome for her clients.

Chloe Ramage-Gibson is a Paralegal at iLegal Services.

Chloe joined the iLegal Services team in 2021 after managing a successful restaurant for several years. She was originally hired as a receptionist but quickly became an integral part of the conveyancing team after showing a keen interest in the field of property law. Chloe grew up on Stradbroke Island and still lives locally in the Redland area with her young family.

In her role managing property sales, Chloe drafts and reviews contracts, ensures that all their conditions are met and manages the direction of funds at settlement. With her friendly and caring demeanour, Chloe is able to provide a level of comfort to her clients in what often is a stressful, yet exciting time in their lives.

Melissa Subotic is the Office Manager at iLegal Services.

Melissa joined the iLegal Services team in 2020 with over 15 years of experience working in some of Brisbane’s most prestigious CBD law firms. Melissa grew up in Wynnum and still lives locally in the Redland area. Melissa has four beautiful daughters who she loves spending time with.

Melissa has considerable experience working in legal practices and her excellent attention to detail makes her the perfect Office Manager. She has a bubbly and friendly demeanour and loves helping our clients achieve their desired outcomes.

Kate Stephenson is the Communication & Strategic Partnerships Manager at iLegal Services.

Kate is one of the newest members of the iLegal Services family having joined the team in early 2022. Kate graduated from The University of Auckland in 1998 with a Bachelor of Commerce – majoring in International Business and Marketing. After working in Auckland as a recent graduate for a year, Kate embarked upon an extensive and lengthy stint working throughout North America, Europe, and North Africa. Upon her return to New Zealand, Kate got married and relocated to Queensland with her husband in 2007 where they started their family.

Kate has held a wide range of senior commercial leadership roles throughout Southeast Queensland across a variety of industries, including industrial waste services, vertical transportation, construction, and remedial engineering. Kate is a lively and enthusiastic member of the iLegal Services team and prides herself on creating and maintaining strong commercial relationships, whilst delivering a personalised and results driven customer service experience.

Oliver Rankine is the Marketing & Social Media Manager and Law Clerk at iLegal Services.

Oliver is one of the newest members of the iLegal Services family having joined the team in early 2022. Oliver is currently in his second year studying a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Business at the Queensland University of Technology. After graduating from university, he hopes to work as a General In-House Counsel. Oliver grew up in Melbourne and relocated to Brisbane in 2018 with his family but is still a strong Melbournian at heart.

Oliver is extremely hard working and is always hungry for knowledge. As a law student, Oliver is thorough, and detail oriented in all the work that he does. His proficiency in the area of digital marketing and knowledge of market trends makes him the perfect Marketing and Social Media Manager.

Carol Dawes is the Business Development Manager at iLegal Services.

Carol joined the iLegal Services team in 2019 with over 35 years of experience working in the real estate industry and is very familiar with REIQ contracts. Carol has lived on Russell Island for over 10 years after she fell in love with its views of the water in 2012. Family is of high importance to Carol, and she loves to spend quality time with her four children and three beautiful grandchildren.

Despite her calm and caring nature, Carol is extremely passionate. Having worked in real estate for many years, Carol is an excellent communicator. She loves building a relationship with our clients and always strives to ensure that they receive the best service possible.
